Sometimes there are challenges in quickly finding the right gas spring. This could be due to design changes, shifting parameters, or replacement of mounting points. The ACE GS series features valve technology that allows it to be adjusted again after pre-charging. Either by releasing gas yourself using the DE-GAS adjustment tool, or by having Hydnet refill the gas springs.
Customise your gas spring with the desired pre-set force
With this technology, you can also customise your gas spring for the application. After evaluating and testing the correct force, the gas spring can be returned to us for analysis so we can determine the applied force. You can then order gas springs with this desired pre-set value.
Pushing and pulling gas springs from 10 N to 13,000 N
The GS series is available from 10 N to 13,000 N, with piston rod diameters from 8 to 70 mm and stroke lengths from 20 to 800 mm. Available in both pushing and pulling types, with a wide range of mounting options.
